Staying on Course

At nearly every event I attend, and in all of my coaching groups, I've noticed that many  questions and comments revolve around one theme, GETTING STUFF DONE!  

How can I manage my time better?  I feel pulled in ten directions!  My to-do list never seems to shrink.  How do you set goals and actually stick with them?  How can I avoid feeling so overwhelmed?  I feel like I am constantly running from behind."
